A minimum viable product (MVP) is a core concept to the lean startup that's practicing CDP. MVP is defined by Eric Ries as the "product which has just those features and no more that allows you to ship a product that early adopters see and and start to gave you feedback on."
Depending on the stage of the product it can be anything from a Google Ad, to a PowerPoint slide, a landing page, or a Photoshop mock-up.
The September CDP event focuses on the minimum viable product concept.
Agenda:
- introductions
- an overview of the MVP concept
- case-study: MVPs being utilized at different stages of a product's development
- group discussion: how two NY start-ups can utilize a MVP to test a hypothesis
