Customer Development Process is an emerging framework for developing customers and markets in a disciplined, iterative, and measured way.

 

Objectives of the first CDP event:

 

  • To set a baseline understanding on the underlying concepts of CDP and set goals and gather ideas on how best to structure the meetup on an ongoing basis.

 

Agenda:

  • Quick Intros including reason for interest in CDP
  • Obtain a common framework by reviewing Eric Ries's presentation as a group
  • Brainstorm activities and sessions for future meetups
  • Gather success criteria from each attendee
