Building the Team: A nextNY Community Conversation about Startup Hiring

We're aiming to have a lot of create conversation here and involve the attendees as much as possible. We'll have 5 or 6 conversation leaders helping guide the discussion, but we want to hear from people who are hiring, who have been hired, etc.
